At Imgica AI, we want you to buy with confidence. Our plans and token packs are one time prepaid purchases, not subscriptions, and if you change your mind we offer a straightforward 24 hour refund policy.
If the tokens from your purchase are still unused, you can request a full refund within 24 hours of buying. Once you have started spending those tokens, the purchase is final.
24 Hour Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your purchase. After this period, refunds will not be available.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Original Payment Method: All refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different payment method or bank account unless specifically agreed upon in writing with the customer (as required under RBI PA Guidelines §12.4).
Unused Tokens Only: A refund is available only while the tokens from your purchase are unused. Once you have started spending those tokens, the purchase is final and no longer eligible for a refund.
